1. College degree or above;
2. Love e-commerce, have about 2 years of experience, have a strong interest in e-commerce operation;
3. Familiar with tmall's operation environment, Taobao trading rules, new product launch, product description, shop decoration design, activity registration, Taobao promotion, tmall advertising resources;
4. Familiar with tmall shop decoration and commodity display demand, and data analysis ability
