1. Responsible for the regional marketing, sales, development and implementation of the regional business plan and marketing plan;
2. Develop customers of automobile main engine plant, including technology docking, quotation, final project realization and product mass production;
3. Explore the product and business needs of potential and existing customers, and formulate coping strategies and plans;
4. Collect and analyze the market development trend of products, and collect and analyze the related information of similar competitive products;
5. Provide product display, consultation and training for OEM customers.
1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering related major is preferred; proficient in computer office software, English proficiency / CET4 or above, with the ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English;
2. More than 5 years of Tier1 sales related working experience in large and medium-sized auto parts enterprises (familiar with business process, familiar with the management mode of auto factory, etc.), understand iatf16949 and other system certification knowledge, and have certain understanding and opinions on relevant knowledge of auto industry;
3. Have strong communication skills, be able to independently develop customers, quickly respond to relevant copywriting required by customers, and have car factory customer resources is preferred;
4. Self binding, able to work independently and under pressure;
5. Extroverted, able to get along well with others, with team spirit;
6. Love sales work, have passion, diligence, be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, be familiar with OEM mode and skillfully use various marketing tactics;
7. Have clear and reasonable personal development expectation, keep a positive attitude and a firm pursuit of success;
